Torsades de points 
و هو اسم فرنسي و معناه :
Ventricular tachycardia with 2 ectopic foci

Aetiology :
1. Electrolyte disturbances : و خصوصا hypomagnesemia,kalemia,calcemia
2. Antiarrhythmic drugs

ECG :
Long QT interval with polymorphic tachycardia ECG

Treatment:
1. Artificial pacemaker
2. Mg supplements 
Adenosin is not effective here
